Most NPO-facing agencies are generalists: a bit of hosting, a bit of IT, a bit of cyber — none of it at specialist depth. Every proposal is built around your organisation's scale, mission profile, and ability to pay. Larger donor-funded engagements pay a margin that funds accessible pricing for community-level NPOs. Cross-subsidy is deliberate; it is how we keep the same managed stack available to a continental funder and a grassroots collective.

Subsidised access. Same plugin stack, same SLA, same team — different price. We don't run a tech-support sweatshop chasing volume; we carry small orgs deliberately.
Why our servers are global.
Our two managed servers are hosted under EU jurisdiction, GDPR aligned, and explicitly outside the reach of the US Cloud Act. This is a deliberate choice, not a technical accident.
The US Cloud Act gives US authorities the right to compel American cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure) to produce data — even data physically stored in South Africa. POPIA data residency is satisfied; US legal compulsion is not avoided.
Belgium hosting sits under GDPR and EU data-protection law. That extraterritorial reach does not apply.
Many of the organisations we serve work with vulnerable populations — women's rights defenders, journalists, LGBTQ+ communities, or grantees in politically restrictive contexts. For them, jurisdictional choice is operational security.
EU-funded NGOs increasingly require GDPR-aligned infrastructure as a procurement clause. Belgium hosting clears that bar without negotiation.
